Our Story

Our story began with a simple introduction from our minister, Brother Rodolfo “Jun” Delos Reyes Jr. Through regular visits between our congregations, we kept crossing paths. What seemed like ordinary encounters at first slowly became moments we began to notice—and eventually, moments we looked forward to.
One of the funny little surprises from those early days was an innocent assumption about age. One of us was completely convinced the other was much younger because of that baby-faced charm, only to find out later that it was actually the other way around. We were both single then, and somewhere between those little encounters, easy conversations, and shared laughter, a genuine friendship began to grow.
Before we knew it, that friendship had quietly become something deeper. With faith at the center and time gently drawing us closer, what began as a simple introduction became a love we chose to nurture, cherish, and grow together through the years.
This coming October 3, 2026, we will celebrate our 12th anniversary—twelve years of growing together, learning from each other, sharing countless memories, and choosing one another through every season. And just four days later, on October 7, we will begin a brand-new chapter as husband and wife. After all these years, it feels even more special knowing that the love that started so simply has brought us all the way here.
